Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:

Boost Concepts offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on products manufactured by Boost Concepts. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your Boost Concepts product in its original packaging and in like-new condition within 14 days of the original shipment date for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.

All returns must include a valid Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number issued by Boost Concepts. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Boost Concepts does not accept returns for products manufactured by other companies. Such items must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer in accordance with their return policies and authorization requirements. Any non–Boost Concepts products sent to us will be refused and may incur additional return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
