Boost Concepts is a performance automotive design and manufacturing company driven by enthusiasts.
Our mission is to collaborate, innovate, develop, qualify and manufacturer high quality products for the BMW performance sector. Our innovations are driven by the demand of the ever evolving BMW performance culture.
Our process utilizes the latest technologies including 3D Scanning, Solid Modeling and FEA Analysis for designing, followed by Additive Manufacturing 3D Printing for early prototyping followed by Subtractive Manufacturing on our in house CNC Milling and Turning Centers . We take these designs from modeled component concepts to real world prototypes where they are rigorously tested in house on our own vehicles until we are satisfied they meet or exceed our standards.
Next we make a short production run of the product and put into field beta testing where we see results on a broader scope of cars. This allows us to further evaluate and improve on our designs before full production. We utilize feedback from our beta testers to compile logs and data to ensure we are meeting our desired goals for the products. Once these goals have been met, only then do we put the product into full production. We strive to ensure that the products we supply will give the end user the performance and reliability they deserve and build brand trust with our company for years to come.
